Order Processing

Step 1. Placed Order
Customers who are placed the order on Castle Planet HK.

Step 2. Buy Stock
Once we receive your order, and we will start to buy the products you want from HONG KONG (HKDL) / Shanghai (SHDR) / Japan & Tokyo (JDS & TDR). 

Step 3. Castle's Office
Bought stocks then we will send the products you want to our HK's office.
HONG KONG (HKDL - Ready Stock) : 5-10 working days
HONG KONG (HKDL - Pre Order) : 2-3 weeks
Shanghai (SHDR): 2-4 weeks
Japan & Tokyo (JDS & TDR): 3-5weeks

Step 4,5,6. Ship out > Left for destination > Delivered
Depend on your shipping selection (HK Post / SF Express), we will ship your product out.
