Return & Refund

All products are carefully selected by us at Disney, and will be re-checked and properly packaged before delivery or delivery. Please understand us if it is damaged during express delivery, the real object does not match the imagination, the size is not suitable, the color difference, and the workmanship is not perfect, etc. Failed to provide return service.

• If you are not satisfied with the order items, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

【Refund】
*Only available for items out of stock.

Castle Planet HK (CPHK) will decide how to refund the customer depending on the payment method when the customer places the order.

If you pay by credit card, after we press the refund button in the system, it will be displayed in the customer's account in about 3-10 working days.

*If you purchase multiple items in a single order, and one or more of the items are not available, we can only refund for the unavailable item(s) and ship out the remaining. 

**Please note that once the items in your order have been purchased by us, they cannot be refunded.
